HOW DO I SEND A PLANT?
Choose a plant from our collection and follow the instructions.
We will then package your plant up gently and lovingly, hand write your personal message and jump in our plant wagon and personally deliver them to you/the lucky recipient.
We deliver our plants on Monday and Thursday between 10am - 6pm.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

You must order by 10am for same day delivery. If you order after 10am, your plant will be delivered on the next delivery day.
WHAT IF I NEED MY PLANT DELIVERED ON A DAY YOU DO NOT DELIVER?
If you need delivery on a different day then please get in touch as we are happy to try and organise delivery for a specific day for an additional fee of $15.
DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Sorry, we do not deliver on public holidays.
WHAT TIME WILL MY PLANT BE DELIVERED?
Your plant gift will be delivered anywhere between 10am - 6pm on your chosen day. Please give us as much information as possible regarding delivery (if it’s a business - name of business, if it’s a secured building - please make sure recipient is home, if it’s a hospital/ward/nursing home - please give specific details like room/bed number etc). The more instructions and information you provide, the better!
CAN I ALLOCATE A TIME IN THE DAY FOR MY PLANT TO BE DELIVERED?
Unfortunately not as our delivery driver is driving a specific route. Please get in touch though as we will be able to give you a rough time of when your plant will be delivered.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY PLANT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
We will send you an email when your plant is on it's way/delivered.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS THERE TO COLLECT MY PLANT?
Every effort will be made to deliver your order. If no one is available to receive the order and no permission to leave it has been given, we will attempt to contact you to find a solution. In the event that redelivery is necessary you will be charged a $15 fee and your plant will be delivered on the next delivery day.
WHAT IF I GAVE INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION?
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. In saying that, we will make sure all attempts will be made to contact the sender to find a solution but failing that, a re-delivery fee will be charged and we will deliver the plant on the next delivery day.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by emailing email@example.com

IS THE PLANT PICTURED THE ONE THAT IS SENT OUT?
No not always. Each plant is unique and different so they are not all going to look exactly the same as the plant pictured, but they will all be similar sized and as healthy and beautiful as the plant pictured!
WHERE DO YOUR PLANTS COME FROM?
We source our plants from reputable nurseries around Melbourne/Victoria. We drive far and wide to visit these nurseries and hand pick each and every plant. We are complete plant nerd perfectionists and pick the healthiest most beautiful plants that we can possibly get our hands on which makes us confident our customers will love them as much as we do.
